Lincolne Electrik Türkiye , eski bilinen adıyla ASKAYNAK 1 Mart 1974’de örtülü kaynak elektrodu üretimi ile faaliyete geçmiştir 1980’li yılların başından itibaren gazaltı kaynak tellerinin üretimine başlamıştır. 1992 yılında, merkezi Amerika Birleşik Devletleri’nin Cleveland şehrinde bulunan The Lincoln Electric Company tarafından üretilen kaynak makinelerinin Türkiye distribütörlüğünü üstlenen Kaynak Tekniği Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., The Lincoln Electric Company ile olan ilişkisini 5 Mayıs 1998’de eşit paylı ortaklığa, daha sonra 2019’da tam olarak The Lincoln Electric Company bünyesine girerek Avrupa, Rusya, Afrika ve Ortadoğu pazarlarında genişleme ve bu bölgelere yapılan ihracatta artış sağlama yolunda büyük bir adım atmıştır.
