Böhler URANOS 1,800 TLH
Invertec® 400 TPX , Lincoln Electric’in sağlam tasarımlı makineler üretme prensibi ile üretilmiş, sağlam çelik konstrüksiyona, güçlü bir soğutma sistemine ve özel korumaya sahip elektronik devre kartlarına sahip bir TIG kaynak makinasıdır. Şantiyelerde jeneratörler ile kullanılmaya uygundur.
Sistem , yüksek frekanslı TIG kaynağı , temaslı TIG kaynağı ve elektrod kaynağına olanak tanımaktadır. Uzaktan kumandalı kullanabilen makine , Pulslı TIG kaynağına , punta TIG kaynağına modlarına sahiptir. Elektrod modunda ise selülozik elektrod ile çalışma olanağı sağlamaktadır.
İhtiyaç durumunda devreye giren soğutma fanı sayesinde daha az enerji sarfiyatı ve makine içine daha az toz girişi olmaktadır. Sağlam yapısı ve Koruma sınıfı IP23S desteği ve yerleşik PC kartları için optimum hava akışı, kirliliği azaltmak , soğutmayı maksimumda tutarak çevre koşullarına göre ekipman ömrünü en zorlu şartlara dayanması için tasarlanmıştır.
3 yıl parça ve işçilik garantisine sahip makine CE standartlarına uygun olarak üretilmektedir.
Sistem Coolarc 46 su soğutma ünitesi ile entegre edilerek su soğutmalı hale getirilebilmektedir. Su soğutma ünitesi ile birlikte kullanılması halinde taşıma arabası ile birlikte kullanılabilmektedir.
